Context

Hayes Media is a eCommerce growth and advertising agency based in the UAE. They specialise in ads and creatives for growing eCommerce companies

Challenge

Hayes Media has a client who's goal was to convert more buyers into subscribers - but they did not know how to do that efficiently at scale. That's where we came into the picture, helping them brainstorm how AI could be used to automate these conversions

Our Approach

For Hayes client, we had a solid idea of the flow from start that set us up for success - now it was all about presenting that to their team for approval in a way where it's clear and digestible

Once the flow was approved and signed off, we built the automation, implemented all logics and integrations, and hit launch

The Outcome

The project and launch resulted in 100% automated AI-powered dialer who calls and sells customers on the subscription within 1 week of kickoff - since then we have worked closely with the great people at Hayes on multiple successful projects similar to this one.

As a result of this, we've also gotten introduced to more of their own clients to perform similar work which created new relationships
